Description
For one of our ongoing project we are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM/HR Techno-Functional Consultant.The ideal candidate will have both technical and functional expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document requirements for PeopleSoft HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Time and Labor).
- Configure and customize PeopleSoft applications to meet business needs.
- Develop and implement integrations with third-party systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft applications.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements with minimal disruption.
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations and processes.
- Conduct user training and support to facilitate successful adoption.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of PeopleSoft HCM/HR experience, with strong technical and functional knowledge.
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft tools (PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
