For a long-term multiyear project required a Jr. Appian Developer. The position is based out of Whippany but can be done remote as of now. NJ
• Analyzes business requirements to develop functional and non-functional system requirements
• Develop approach to deliver agreed upon business requirements
• Enforces Appian development best practices
• Works as a member of the BPM team, and coordinates with all team members to address customer requests
• Responsible for the development activities using Appian BPM, including Java/J2EE/DB application development
• Familiar with Appian plug ins, including rules engines
• Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls
