CapB is looking for a Hybrid Workday Techno Functional consultant either Part time or Full time. However 2 days of work out of Denver office is mandatory. Rest of the work week Work time is flexible.

This position will primarily focus on maintaining and refining the product backlog, managing small projects, and handling enhancements and bug fixes. This role will be responsible for gathering business and technical requirements, documenting, verifying, and refining both new and existing requirements and UAT when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess experience, training, or certifications in Workday HCM, Financials, Workforce Management, Time and Attendance, Report Writing, and/or BIRT.
• Capable of working on multiple projects or systems simultaneously.
• Experienced in workflow analysis, integrations/APIs, and overall ERP system design.
• Familiar with Microsoft Azure DevOps (TFS/VSTS) or other lifecycle management tools such as JIRA.
• Capable of creating and maintaining flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio and/or LucidCharts.

HELPFUL BUT NOT REQUIRED

• Experience with Workday configuration (or formal Workday training).
• Completion of Workday courses such as Workday Fundamentals, Business Process Fundamentals, and/or Report Writer.
