For one of our ongoing multiyear projects, we are looking an Agile Scrum Lead to continue extending and expanding lean- agile principle and practices throughout the organization. We are seeking consultant services to collaborate with our staff to review and assess internal processes, identify high-value opportunities for improvement, design cost-effective solution(s), and implement approved solutions.

Skills:
Experience in Lead of a team.
Experience in project management.
Experience in working with customers to build and formulate business requirements.
Knowledge of agile software development.
Ability to influence sound business and technical acumen as well as achieve buy-in or delivery strategies.
Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban.
Experience working with traditional use case-based analysis of business processes.
Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills: collaboration, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
Candidate must have strong communication skills written, oral, and presentation.
