For one of our long-term multiyear projects we are looking for a Test Lead out of Madison, WI.

Responsibilities & Skills:
• Should have hands on automation frameworks, define automation strategies, lead and guide automation community.
• Deft in handling large program and providing Automation solutions especially API testing(karate) and Selenium is mandatory.
• Knowledge to PC guidewire is required
• Experienced with Cloud testing(AWS); Develop and Run Automation scripts in Cloud environment.
• Should have experience in different automation tools and frame works (mainly with selenium, KarateAPI, SOAPUI pro, CA Dev test, BDD Framework, cloud testing, Mavan, Jenkins, CI/CD pipeline implementation etc )
• Capable of adapting to new technology and framework.
• Should able to lead automation effort and interact with number of other testing portfolios/leadership.
• Provide thought leadership on Automation approach across the enterprise.
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Able to mentor and train the team members within the team
• P&C Insurance experience is an added advantage
