For one of our ongoing multiyear projects, we are looking for an FDR Omaha SME out of Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities:
Exposure of managing large scale platform conversion, consolidation or digital transformation projects in Cards & Payment network domain for large global banks.
Should have good connect of Cards & Payments business processes, functions, should be well versed with eco-system requirements especially for Store Cards processing
Effectively manage the complete data migration program end-to-end, starting from requirement analysis, functional and technical data mapping, functional and technical design for target platform enhancements, all phases of testing, data migration audit, reconciliation and exception reporting, till the Live migration event.
Build solutions and capabilities of in this space to create a differentiating position.
Good knowledge of IT architectures and integration requirements
Deep understanding of Technology and architecture concepts.
High level understanding of Cloud based migration would be added advantage
Experience in leading global projects for IT, either as the overall Project Manager or managing IT deliveries for a Change Delivery /Software Delivery projects. Plans, mobilizes and directs projects of medium to high complexity and scale from inception to closure.
Ability to work in a complex matrixed organization and to deliver the desired results successfully by collaborating and managing situations with no demarcated authority.
Experience of managing CxO communication
Experience in driving solutions of large multi tower deals (10 M $+)
Experience of managing end to end planning and delivery of one or more projects proactively balancing scope, schedule, WSR, budget, risks, team, outcomes and benefits
Manage program risks and monitor potential impacts as part of the overall engagement.
Ability to lead, influence and modify behaviors on a team comprised of IT and Business partners in support of data migration program.
