For one of our going on project we are looking for AgraGuard SME. The position is based out of Harrisburg but can be done remote as of now.PA

Required Experience

1.             Required:  8+ years full-time experience as a project manager for large and complex information technology projects.

2.             Required:  Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization, including executive staff.

3.             Required:  Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others to complete tasks.

4.             Desired:  PMP or similar project management certification.

5.             Desired: 2+ years of experience in utilizing iterative project management methodologies.

6.             Desired: 2+ years of experience in utilizing agile project management methodologies.
