CapB is looking for a Adobe Functional Analyst. This Hybrid position is based either out of New York or Chicago or Atlanta.

Responsibilities:

• Build Go To Market solutions offerings in Digital Marketing Content Campaign and Experience Drive innovative new insights, recommend actionable and prioritized next steps in order to make a huge impact on customer needs goals.
• Build marketing customer journeys in Financial Services for multiple customers.
• Analyze, Develop and Prioritize product features backlog for marketing solutions drive and solutioning proposals response by coordinating with the solution architects.
• Manage a team to build solutions accelerators framework for building Go To Market offers Innovation Management.
• Bring rigor to a client's decision-making process by performing detailed cost benefit analysis, running workshops by communicating and evaluating solution options and driving consensus among key customers.
• Client facing abilities, presenting, and selling to clients will be part of your agenda.

Required Skills:

• MBA or equivalent from a reputed school and multi solution consultant in Adobe Salesforce is preferable.
• 3+ years of digital marketing CX experience with focused exclusively on the digital space functional knowledge in Adobe tools, Such as Manager, Marketo, Adobe Target are preferable.
• Knowledge of a content strategy and execution covering social media.
• Demonstrable experience in handling digital strategy and digital roadmap projects in a sophisticated business and marketing environment including guiding C level leadership to consensus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop creative and breakthrough solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal with problem solving skills and ability to work with multiple customers.
